Plate corals are free-living LPS corals that sit unattached on the sand bed rather than growing on rock. They are hardy, tolerate moderate light and low to medium flow, and readily accept target feeding, which makes them a rewarding centrepiece for open substrate. Our plate corals are quarantined and observed for full tissue expansion before listing.
