At just 9mm thin, it’s one of the flattest high-output fixtures available, blending seamlessly into your setup while still producing the PAR levels needed for even the most demanding SPS systems.

Built around a full aluminum body, the Straton X uses passive cooling to eliminate fans entirely. That means zero noise, no moving parts, and long-term reliability you can count on. The entire fixture acts as a heat sink, efficiently dissipating heat to extend the lifespan of the LEDs while keeping your system quiet and stable.
What sets the Straton X apart is how it delivers light. Instead of a few concentrated pucks, it uses 100 individual LEDs spread across a wide surface area to create a smooth, even blanket of light. This reduces harsh hotspots and shadowing, allowing corals to receive light from multiple angles. The result is more consistent growth, better coloration, and a natural shimmer without the distracting “disco” effect common in many LED fixtures.
Performance is where this light really stands out. The Straton X is capable of producing up to 1,800 PAR at close range, while maintaining over 200 PAR across a wide 34-inch spread. With just 150 watts of power, it achieves an impressive efficiency of around 2.6 PAR per watt, making it one of the most efficient high-end reef lights available.
Control is handled through an intuitive app, giving you full access to spectrum tuning, intensity adjustments, and custom lighting schedules. Whether you’re running a mixed reef or pushing a high-energy SPS system, you can dial in exactly what your tank needs and monitor performance in real time.
