Description
The Hydros Dual Inline TDS Sensor monitors water quality at two points in any RO/DI system using corrosion-resistant titanium sensors. It connects directly to any available Hydros Control Sense Port and requires no additional power source. Included 1/4-inch push-connect fittings make installation straightforward, and the compact display mounts magnetically for easy placement. With a measurement range of 0–999 ppm and 1 ppm resolution, it gives a clear, ongoing picture of membrane and DI resin performance. A Hydros Control unit with an open Sense Port is required and sold separately.

Knowing when your RO membrane or DI resin is exhausted saves livestock and prevents nuisance algae — but checking manually with a handheld meter is easy to forget. The Hydros Dual Inline TDS Sensor automates that process by placing two titanium sensors directly in the water line, logging readings continuously through your Hydros Control system. One sensor typically measures post-membrane output, the other post-DI, so you can see at a glance whether each stage is performing as expected.

The titanium sensing elements resist corrosion and mineral buildup, which is a common failure point on lower-cost TDS probes. The sensor reads from 0 to 999 ppm with 1 ppm resolution and ±2% accuracy — sufficient precision for identifying the gradual creep that signals resin depletion before it becomes a problem. Installation uses standard 1/4-inch push-connect fittings that work with the tubing already present in most RO/DI setups, and no tools beyond basic hand pressure are needed to seat the connections.

The display module attaches magnetically and connects via a 13-foot cable, giving you flexibility in positioning it somewhere visible without relocating the sensors themselves. Each sensor cable runs 24 inches, providing enough reach for typical under-sink or cabinet installations. The entire unit draws power through the Sense Port connection — no wall adapter, no extra wiring.

This sensor is designed exclusively for the Hydros ecosystem and requires a compatible Hydros Control unit with at least one available Sense Port. If you are already running a Hydros system, it integrates without additional configuration complexity. If you are not yet on Hydros, factor the controller cost into your planning. CoralVue covers the sensor with a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

Overview

Track. Alert. Replace.

Two inline sensors give continuous TDS readings across your RO/DI system, so you know exactly when each filtration stage needs attention.

  • Dual-Point Monitoring

    • Two sensors track TDS before and after your DI resin stage
    • Continuous readings replace manual spot-checking
    • Catches membrane or resin decline before water quality suffers
  • Titanium Sensors

    • Corrosion-resistant titanium construction for long service life
    • 0–999 ppm range with 1 ppm resolution
    • ±2% accuracy suitable for membrane and DI resin assessment
  • Clean Installation

    • Includes 1/4-inch push-connect fittings for tool-free line integration
    • Magnetic display mount on a 13-foot cable for flexible placement
    • Powered entirely through the Hydros Sense Port — no separate adapter needed
