HMS Single Light Mount Kit - Aqua Illumination

The HMS Single Light Mount Kit from Aqua Illumination is a purpose-built mounting arm for hobbyists who want to position a single Hydra 32 or Hydra 64 LED fixture over a rimless aquarium without running a full rail across the tank. The redesigned system is stronger than its predecessor while retaining the clean, industrial aesthetic that has made the HMS line a popular choice among reef keepers who value a minimal, low-profile look above the waterline.

At the core of the system is a 15" rail set that accepts dedicated Hydra 32 and Hydra 64 light brackets. Each bracket can slide along the rail to position the fixture fore or aft over the tank, and a pivoting bracket allows the light to twist in place so you can dial in beam angle and coverage without repositioning the entire arm. Height is independently adjustable, giving you meaningful control over light intensity and spread relative to the water surface.

The mounting clamps are rated for rimless glass up to 1.125" thick, making this kit compatible with the vast majority of rimless aquariums on the market. Included wire guide clips snap onto the rail to route the Hydra's electrical cable cleanly along the arm, keeping the area above the tank organized. Both Hydra 32 and Hydra 64 brackets are included in the kit, so no separate bracket purchase is required for either fixture size.

This kit is designed specifically for rimless aquariums and is not guaranteed to fit tanks with a rim.
