The tower's black base provides a stable footprint while the clear acrylic rods keep the media visible and accessible. Each rod is independent, so individual stacks can be removed for inspection or rinsing without disturbing the rest of the unit. With a total capacity of approximately 1 kg of bio-spheres, it offers a meaningful volume of biological filtration media in a compact 4.3 x 4.3 x 7.45 inch form factor.
