similar in appearence to montipora eating nudibranchs, small beige-white nudibranchs with knobby rough looking cerata that blends in with the bare skeletal structure of alveopora very well.

Usually found near the tissue margins towards the base of alveopora colonies, which is where they also lay small scattered clusters of eggs on and in the bare skeleton, sometimes deep within the skeletal matrix of colonies.

Repeted dips and inspections for egg removal, sometimes if there is an excess of exposed/ dead skeleton near the base it may help to shave off the excess if a saw is available, other wise sealing exposed skeleton sections with glue will make egg removal easier and may entomb egg cases too deep in the skeletal structure to remove.
