The Meridian 11/24 Side-of-Tank Mounts give Meridian 11 and Meridian 24 owners a clean, adjustable mounting option without the need for a hanging kit or canopy modification. By extending outward from either side of the fixture, the legs allow the light to span tanks up to 14 inches longer than the fixture itself — a meaningful advantage for hobbyists running a Meridian over a slightly oversized display.
Height adjustment is built into the leg design, with a usable range of 4 to 8 inches above the tank rim. The reversible mounting orientation gives two distinct maximum heights: 6.5 inches on one side or 8 inches on the other above the waterline. This flexibility lets you dial in the right fixture-to-surface distance for your particular coral mix and light intensity needs.
The included U-clamps are compatible with standard tank trims up to 1 inch thick and can be installed flat-side down on Euro-Brace style trims, broadening compatibility across common aquarium builds. Four silver legs, two U-clamps, and a complete hardware and screw set are included in the kit — no additional mounting hardware is required for most installations.
These mounts are compatible with the Meridian 11 and Meridian 24 only. If you are running a larger Meridian fixture, Reef Breeders offers a separate side-of-tank mount set sized accordingly. The silver finish matches the Meridian's silver colorway; if your fixture is black, verify the correct color variant before ordering.
