The Hydra 64 HMS Bracket is the per-fixture component of Aqua Illumination's HMS (Hydra Mounting System) Multi Light ecosystem. Rather than locking each light into a fixed position, this bracket rides within the HMS track and can be slid side to side to dial in spacing, reduce shadowing, and optimize PAR distribution across your aquarium footprint. Individual rotation at the bracket level means you can angle each Hydra 64 independently without affecting neighboring fixtures.
Compatibility is specific: this bracket is engineered for the Hydra 64 LED module and will not fit the Hydra 32 or other AI fixtures. It ships with all necessary mounting hardware, so no additional fasteners are needed beyond the HMS track itself.
The HMS ecosystem is modular by design. The track mounts to the aquarium rim via the HMS Multi Light Mount Kit (which includes vertical rails and tank-side feet) or can be suspended from above using the HMS Hanging Kit. Track lengths are available to match common aquarium footprints. If you are running multiple Hydra 64s, you will need one bracket per fixture. The HMS Multi Light Track is required for use and is not included with this bracket.
Overview
Position. Rotate. Adjust.
The Hydra 64 HMS Bracket slots into the HMS track system to give you fixture-level control over placement and orientation for your Hydra 64 LED.
Slides Along the Track
- Moves laterally within any HMS Multi Light Track
- Reposition without removing the fixture from the system
- Reduces shadowing by spacing lights precisely
Individual Rotation
- Each bracket rotates independently
- Adjust beam angle per fixture without affecting adjacent lights
- Useful for asymmetric tank layouts or targeted coral coverage
Hydra 64 Specific Fit
- Designed exclusively for the Hydra 64 LED module
- All mounting hardware included
- Requires HMS Multi Light Track, sold separately
