The IceCap AC Skimmer Controller and Waste Collector combo is a simple, reliable way to safeguard your reef from messy skimmer overflows. Designed to work together, the system automatically shuts off your skimmer pump when the waste collector fills—keeping your sump, floor, and equipment safe.

The controller connects directly to your skimmer and uses a float switch inside the waste collector to detect when it’s full. Once triggered, it cuts power to the skimmer, preventing spills and unnecessary cleanup. It works with any AC-powered protein skimmer, making it an easy upgrade for almost any setup.

Beyond overflow protection, the controller adds useful control features like a built-in feed timer and a 5-minute startup delay. The feed mode lets you pause your skimmer for 10, 30, or 60 minutes during feeding, while the delay prevents overflow issues when the skimmer restarts after power interruptions or maintenance.

The included 1.5L waste collector handles large volumes of skimmate while helping control odor with a removable carbon filter cup. It’s built for easy maintenance and adds an extra layer of protection with its integrated overflow safety switch.
