We also invest heavily in stability—redundant systems, consistent lighting (a blend of Radions and halides), and precise dosing help ensure that what you see in our photos is what you’ll receive. That consistency translates to better adaptation and faster growth once the coral is in your tank.

We understand that not every reefer is looking for the same thing. That’s why our product pages include specific care information for each coral, such as preferred lighting intensity, flow recommendations, and placement advice. We also give insights into coloration potential, feeding habits, and even how long a frag may take to settle in.

Every order is packed in-house by our experienced shipping team using techniques refined through years of handling sensitive livestock. Corals are placed in double-sealed bags with just the right water volume and secured with cup inserts or foam stabilizers based on frag type. Each box is insulated and includes seasonal temperature control—heat or cold packs as needed.

We only ship Monday through Thursday to avoid any weekend delays, and all orders go out via overnight service. Before your package even leaves our facility, we review national weather patterns and transit logistics to ensure it arrives on time and in good condition. Every shipment is backed by our live arrival guarantee for added peace of mind.

Most frags are approximately ¾ to 1 inch in size, depending on the species. We don't ship freshly cut pieces. Each coral is given time to fully heal, encrust, or show polyp extension before it's ever listed for sale. This allows the coral to better handle the stress of shipping and transition into your tank more successfully.

By the time your frag ships, it has already been acclimated to stable lighting, flow, and nutrition in our farm systems—giving you a healthier, more predictable coral that’s ready to grow.
