I've ordered maybe 5-7 times, mainly live sales sometimes just off the website. Over all those orders (50+ corals) I've gotton a total of 1 leaky bag (no harm at all) and 1 broken branching Acro. They went out of there way to contact me 3 times by e-mail to check on the damaged corals health.

Easter sale on r2r was fantastic, got some killer pieces. Everything showed up healthy and opened within 24hrs. I will buy from them again with confidence.
