Overview
Pearl Bubble Coral has swollen, grape-like vesicles that expand into rounded clusters. Physogyra lichtensteini is a large-polyp stony coral; keep it under low to moderate light and gentle, indirect water flow. It is photosynthetic via symbiotic algae but accepts occasional meaty foods, which can support growth and fuller polyp inflation. Place with space around it, as sweeper tentacles extend at night and can sting nearby corals.
