Yes you do have to pay for shipping on your livestock order. Livestock and dry goods ship separately as any live items have to be packaged in a specific way to ensure they arrive alive.

All livestock has to ship “overnight” as it will ensure that it arrives safely, but you do still have to select a delivery date at checkout as we want to make sure customers know when their packages are arriving as well as we do have a daily limit for shipping so we may not be able to ship your package that same day. 

Yes. Both for livestock and dry goods orders must be in before 2pm Eastern time if you would like them to go out the same day. For livestock keep in mind you must select the delivery date at checkout. 

Orders shipped on Friday will arrive on Monday and orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday for arrival on Tuesday. 

When we receive our fish they go through medicated dips and our fish are kept in copper, but they do not go through a formal qt process. 

Our inverts do not go through a specific qt process. We also keep small fish in our invert system which are sensitive to treatments such as copper.
