UV Sterilizers

Ultraviolet sterilizers work by exposing the water that passes through them to intense U.V. radiation. This direct exposure to the harsh lighting can disrupt the biological processes of many common species of bacteria, viruses, algal cells, and unicellular organisms, such as protozoan parasites, that are carried in by the constant influx of water, killing off many immediately.
